An AC failure in a Florida summer isn’t something that can wait until Monday. For families with young children, older relatives or anyone with a health condition, a house without cooling can become unsafe quickly.

FAQ
24-Hour Emergency AC Repair questions
What should I do while I wait for a technician?
If you smell burning or see smoke, turn the system off at the thermostat and the breaker and call right away. If you see ice on the unit or water leaking, turn the system off to prevent more damage. Keep blinds closed, run fans and stay hydrated while you wait.
Is the phone really answered 24 hours a day?
Master Tech Air lists its hours as open 24 hours. Call (954) 629-9825 any time to reach the team.
How fast can a technician get to me?
Arrival time depends on where technicians are when you call and how urgent your situation is. The person you speak with will give you an honest window instead of an overpromise.
