We only collect what we need to book your service and to understand how people find and use this website. Here is exactly what that means.

What we collect
Information you give us:
- When you request an appointment online: your name, phone number, email (optional), service address, the service you need, the day and time you prefer, any notes you write, and any discount you ask for.
- When you send us a message: your name, phone number, the service you are asking about and your message.
- When you call: any details you tell us so we can schedule and do the work.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website we receive, through Google Analytics and in our own records:
- The pages you view, how far you scroll, and which buttons you tap (for example calling us or opening the booking form).
- Your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and the language you use.
- How you found us: a search engine, a Google ad, another website, or a link we shared. If you arrive from a Google ad, the web address carries an ad click ID so we can tell which ads lead to bookings.
What we never send to Google Analytics
We do not send your name, phone number, email address or street address to Google Analytics or to any advertising service. Those details go only to us, through the booking and email services listed below.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Google Analytics sets cookies (their names start with _ga) so it can tell visits apart and count them. If we link it to Google Ads, Google may also set cookies whose names start with _gcl to measure ads.
- Our website stores a small note on your own device (local storage) saying how you reached us: for example “Google search”, the name of an ad campaign, the search words you used and, for ad clicks, Google’s ad click ID. It stays on your device for up to 90 days. If you send us a booking request, we save a copy with it so we know how you found us.
- If we use Google advertising features such as remarketing, Google may show our ads to people who visited this website. You can control Google ads in your Google ad settings.
How we use information
- To contact you by phone, text or email to confirm and carry out your service.
- To keep appointment records and run our business.
- To understand which pages, searches and ads bring customers, and to improve the website and our advertising.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to follow the law.
Who helps us handle it
We do not sell your personal information. These companies help us run the website. Our hosting, database and email providers handle information to provide their service to us. Google handles Analytics and Ads data under its own terms (policies.google.com/privacy).
- Netlify, which hosts the website.
- Supabase, which stores booking requests and messages, and which also delivers the photos and videos shown on some pages.
- Resend, which delivers the email that tells us about a new booking.
- Google, for Google Analytics and Google Ads, and for the email and calendar our team uses.
Server records
Like any website, our hosting and database providers keep ordinary technical records of visits, such as your IP address and browser type.
Notes our team adds
Our team may add notes and a status to your appointment, and the appointment details may also sit in our email and calendar.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and message records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for a limited period that we set in our account; summary reports may be kept longer.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works.
- You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics for your visit.
- To see or correct the information you gave us, or to ask us to delete it, call (954) 629-9825 or write to us at the address above. We will correct or delete it in our own records; copies held by our providers are removed on their own schedules.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and our database only lets authorized members of our team read booking requests. No website or database can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Children
This website is for adults who arrange service for their home or business. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
